October 6, 2026 — Digital lending platform Fibe has appointed Vivek Sapre as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its senior leadership team as the fintech continues to expand.
In his new role, Sapre will lead Fibe’s people and culture strategy, with a focus on leadership development, talent management, organisational capability, and building a high-performance workplace culture.
Extensive Industry Experience
Sapre joins Fibe from Veranda Learning Solutions, where he served as Group CHRO and led people strategy and HR initiatives across the organisation.
Before that, he was Head – HR & Corporate Affairs at NeoGrowth Credit, overseeing human resources, learning and development, administration, and corporate affairs.
His career has also included roles at EY, L&T Finance, Tata-Hitachi, Mu Sigma, and Infosys, giving him experience across HR, financial services, consulting, strategy, analytics, marketing, and technology. Sapre is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur.
Focus on Talent and AI-Ready Workforce
At Fibe, Sapre will focus on developing leadership capabilities, strengthening talent pipelines, and embedding continuous learning across the organisation.
Fibe Managing Director and Group CEO Akshay Mehrotra said that as AI becomes increasingly integrated into the workplace, companies need to invest in employee upskilling alongside technology adoption.
